Grand Cru Peranzana

Thanks to its extreme versatility, Peranzana Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oilis is a product which suits all tastes and it is ideal because it can be easily paired with different types of dishes.

It is an elegant oil, characterised by a medium fruity flavour, in a perfect balance between the bitter and the spicy taste. With a full and all-encompassing aroma, it gives off fragrances of unripe tomato, notes of aromatic herbs and artichoke.

The Grand Cru comes from the careful and refined selection, made by our master blender who manages to obtain the highest expression of the extra virgin olive oil. A limited and fine production, for which we are grateful to our land.

Ingredients: 100% EVOO

Pairings: Ideal raw to flavour legume soups, bruschetta and salads or if used for frying or sautéing and for seasoning baked food. It is also perfect when paired with bread.
