Account

To create an account, go to this section, click on “Create account” and fill in the form with all the information required. You will get an email with a link to click on to confirm the registration.

It is not necessary to have an account to shop on the website.

To change the password, go to this section and click on “Forgot password?” by entering the email address that you associated with your Bio Orto account. You will soon after get an email with a link to enter a new password.

Sign in to your account and edit the fields by clicking on “View” and then on “Edit”, depending on the

Orders and returns

If the products that you received do not correspond to those ordered and/or are damaged, promptly contact us by writing an email to info@bio-orto.com or by filling in the form on this link. In case the Customer finds damages to the product that are due to transportation and are not visible from the outside or the failed correspondence of the number of the products received, they will have to report the damage by 8 days from the finding in the first case and by 8 days from the delivery in the second case. It is possible to cancel or modify an order only before getting the email informing you that the courier
has taken charge of the shipping. It is necessary to contact the company by phone (tel. +39 0882 645787) or to write an email to info@bio-orto.com.

You can return the products without specifying any reasons by 14 days from receiving them by informing us through the merchandise return form on this link or by email at info@bio-orto.com. For further information on the return policy, consult the notice here.

In case of withdrawal all the payments made to Bio Orto will be refunded, including the delivery costs with the only exception of the supplementary costs if the customer has chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard one. Shipping and delivery

The shipping cost is 15€.

Once the order is confirmed, barring unforeseen circumstances, it takes the courier at least 2 working days to deliver the products to France; 3 working days to deliver to Austria and Slovenia; 4 working days to deliver to Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Spain and the Netherlands; 5 working days to deliver to Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal and Romania.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will get an email with the link to track your parcel. Also, you will be able to verify where your order is on the website of the courier that has taken charge of the delivery.

You can pay by using the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay), Maestro prepaid cards or Shop Pay, PayPal and GPay.

The credit card information is processed only by the banking payment network, without saving it in any databases, and the transaction is made safely through a secure and encrypted connection.

Yes, you can. You have to tick the “Get invoice” box before checking out. If you have forgotten to ask or it when making your order, write an email to info@bio-orto.com.
