Produced with Bio Orto tomatoes, cultivated on the slopes of the Gargano, the Bio Orto Organic Tomato Passata is an organic product whose high quality is ensured by just the two natural ingredients of which it is made, tomato and salt, and a processing technique which relies on industrial craftsmanship.
Ready to be used and ideal for slow cooking, thanks to the tomato this tomato purée, apart from being free from preservatives and added sugar, has one of the highest levels of lycopene detected in products of the same type, reaching even 243 mg/kg. Lycopene, with its extremely high antioxidant properties, helps to fight ageing and to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
