Typical of the Dauna countryside, this new reference point is devised to satisfy the health conscious and nutritional needs of the most demanding customers. By excluding the oil in which this product is generally placed, the olives are indeed less caloric.
During the production they are simply sprayed with a minimum quantity of organic extra virgin olive oil which gives them brilliance and an additional thin protective layer; lastly, they are put in the jars by hand. When tasted, the product is crisp and moderately bitter, attributes that are considered synonymous with quality, genuineness and healthiness.
