Organic Sun-dried Tomatoes in EVO

The tomatoes, hand-picked and sun-dried according to Apulian tradition, are preserved in the company's own Peranzana EVO oil, an excellent oil that can be used as a condiment for bread or bruschetta, thus avoiding any waste.

Organic dried tomatoes (58%), organic extra virgin olive oil (36%), organic wine vinegar, organic basil, and salt. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Ideal as an aperitif, enjoyed on friselle and crostini, or paired with fresh cheeses like mozzarella, crescenza, and ricotta. Also excellent as a pasta sauce or in rustic pies.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5 days.
