The tomatoes, hand-picked and sun-dried according to Apulian tradition, are preserved in the company's own Peranzana EVO oil, an excellent oil that can be used as a condiment for bread or bruschetta, thus avoiding any waste.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of light and heat, and protected from sun exposure. After opening, store the product in the refrigerator, covered with oil, and consume within 3 days.

Ideal as an aperitif, enjoyed on friselle and crostini, or paired with fresh cheeses like mozzarella, crescenza, and ricotta. Also excellent as a pasta sauce or in rustic pies.
