The Bio Orto Organic Basil Flavoured is a high quality product thanks to the excellence of the ingredients and the processing technique in which Peranzana olives and fresh basil are ground together at a constant and controlled temperature of 27°C.
This process makes it possible to obtain an extraordinarily scented condiment, capable of enhancing the flavour of hot and cold meals. A unique procedure which distinguishes this product from the majority of the flavoured condiments available on the market and which ensures its high quality. Furthermore, with the Basil Flavoured you can serve all the flavour and scent of its aroma even in cold seasons.
Ingredients: Organic extra virgin olive oil (94%) and organic fresh basil (6%).
Pairings: Ideal for seasoning steamed vegetables, tomato salads, grilled porcini mushrooms and legume soups. It is also perfect if used raw on grilled and stewed meats and on cheeses, particularly the aged ones.
