Organic Whole Peeled Tomatoes in Water

Cultivated on the slopes of the Gargano, the Bio Orto whole peeled tomatoes are one of the company’s flagships. The high quality of the product is ensured by the fact that it contains just 3 natural and organic ingredients - tomatoes, water and salt - and by the processing technique.

Rigorously hand picked, the tomatoes are blanched for a short time, thus keeping their consistency, peeled by hand and preserved au naturel in water and salt - so as to give off all the scent and flavour of the just picked tomato - before being put in the glass jars afterwards.

Ingredients: Peeled tomatoes (64%), water and salt.

Pairings: Ideal for preparing sirloin steak with pizzaiola sauce, stewed squids, Tuscan tomato and bread soup and scrambled eggs with tomato.

Harvest time: July/August

Conservation method: Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Store in the fridge once opened and consume within 3 days.
