Coratinta Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil with a very strong personality also thanks to its great polyphenolic content.
It is a medium fruity oil with distinct bitter and spicy notes. Furthermore, it is characterised by a predominant fragrance of green grass, calendula and artichoke.
Ingredients: 100% EVOO.
Pairings: Ideal for seasoning steamed vegetables, tomato salads, grilled porcini mushrooms and legume soups. It is also perfect if used raw on grilled and stewed meats and on cheeses, particularly the aged ones.
Harvest time: Late, between November and December.
Conservation method: Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources.
