Coratina Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil with a very strong personality also thanks to its great polyphenolic content. It is a medium fruity oil with distinct bitter and spicy notes. Furthermore, it is characterised by a predominant fragrance of green grass, calendula and artichoke.
