Organic Cauliflower Spread

Cultivated in the company’s fields on the slopes of the Gargano, the cauliflower is then picked and processed exclusively by hand with other genuine ingredients to give birth to a high quality Organic Cauliflower Spread which enhances the flavours and fragrances of the fresh vegetable.

Thanks to its creaminess and its delicate taste, this spread is particularly versatile in the kitchen.

Ingredients: Organic cauliflower (55%), organic EVOO, organic almonds*, salt, organic apple vinegar, pepper, organic garlic. Acidity regulators: lactic acid, citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
*It is an allergen and it may provoke reactions in allergic and/or intolerant subjects.

Pairings: Ideal as a condiment for pasta but also to prepare tasty crostini.

Conservation method: Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, add some oil, store in the fridge and consume within 4 days.
