Organic Kale Pesto

Cultivated in the company’s fields on the slopes of the Gargano and completely picked by hand, the curly kale, or better known as ‘kale’, its English name, is the protagonist of the high quality Organic Kale Pesto.

The pesto, indeed, preserves the organoleptic properties of the fresh product thanks to a cold processing technique of the ingredients, which enhances the flavours and fragrances. The real vegetable of well-being, the cabbage is appreciated for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and for the presence of beta-carotene, vitamins - A, C and B6 - and of lutein and zeaxanthin.

Ingredients: Organic kale (41%), organic sunflower oil, organic EVOO, almonds*, salt, organic pine nuts, in the version with garlic, organic garlic (0,5%). Acidity regulator: lactic acid.

*It is an allergen and it may provoke reactions in allergic and/or intolerant subjects.

Pairings: Ideal to taste with fresh cheeses, bluefish, salmon au naturel or white meats

Conservation method: Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Store in the fridge once opened and consume within 3 days.
