Our organic Olive Pate is crafted from Peranzana olives grown on our own land. After being careful washed and soaked in water and salt, the olives are pitted and transformed into a smooth, flavourful spread.
Using traditional methods and combining the olive pulp with fresh, organic ingredients like parsley and chili, we’ve created a rich, authentic pate that captures the soul of Puglia.
Olive pate is a versatile preparation full of character, often used as an entrée or spread, a simple way to bring genuine Mediterranean flavour to your table.
Ingredients: Pitted olives (64.4%), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil*, pumpkin seeds* (6.4%), garlic*, parsley*, chili pepper*, acidity regulators: lactic acid, citric acid.

Pairings: It pairs beautifully with rustic bread, cold cuts, raw vegetables, or aged cheeses.
Conservation method: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat, away from sun exposure. After opening, keep the product in the fridge and consume within 4 days.
